Confidentiality

  • Documents you upload (SRS, BRD, NFRs, designs, and any other materials) are treated as confidential business information.
  • They are reviewed only by authorized Muhimat/Sanad personnel and systems directly involved in preparing your proposal and, if accepted, delivering the work.
  • They are not used to train any third-party or general-purpose AI model.
  • They are retained only as long as needed to prepare your proposal and, if you proceed, to deliver the engagement — after which they can be deleted on request.
